ABOUT THE SUPPER CLUB

Tam first imagined what would become the Supper Club many moons ago, inspired by the Café space and local culinary talent. Expanding the Café offerings to include wine and beer with her new license opened the door to make the idea a reality. She just needed to find the right chef to help execute the new dream.

Right on time, Tam was introduced to Chef Dalene Hammond through a mutual friend. They shared a real passion for creating delicious food and a desire to provide unique dining experiences not available in the Lawrence area. Tam’s is excited to kick off the very first Friday Supper Club presented by Chef Dalene Hammond.

CHEF DALENE HAMMOND

After graduating from Culinary school in 2009, I worked as a Chef, Personal Chef and Caterer. With over 15 years of experience in the Culinary Industry, my new favorite thing is intimate Chef dinners. Enjoying great food, paired with great conversations. I am South African by birth, but grew up between Durban South Africa and Perth Australia. My Culinary background, and upbringing across three continents means I have a unique perspective on food. When I am not creating meals for others, I can usually be found in my own kitchen, teaching my kids how to cook, traveling with my family or plotting trips to new food destinations.

CURRY PUFFS
Meat or vegetable curry filling in a pastry shell.
DEVILED EGGS
Topped with Argentinian pink shrimp and bacon drizzled with a creamy sauce and chives.

SUPPER

BREAD BASKET
Basket of fresh bread served with butter.

Your choice of salad:

WEDGE SALAD
Fresh iceberg lettuce, crumbled bacon, tomato, thinly sliced red onion, bleu cheese crumbles, balsamic vinegar drizzle with choice of Homemade Ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing.
ORGANIC GREENS SALAD
Organic greens with red onion, cucumber, cherry tomato and homemade croutons with choice of Homemade Bleu Cheese, Lemon Vinaigrette or Ranch dressing.

Your choice of entree:

ROASTED CHICKEN
Roasted chicken breast stuffed with creamy cheese, garlic and herbs.
HONEY GARLIC SOY GLAZED SALMON
Salmon seasoned with garlic, cayenne and smoked paprika glazed with honey garlic soy.
CAJUN STYLE VEGETABLE PASTA
Pappardelle-style noodles tossed with a medley of colored peppers in a creamy Cajun-style sauce.

Entrees served with potatoes and choice of veggies:

Garlic and Parmesan
BRUSSELS
With cranraisins, balsamic and parmesan
GREEN BEANS
With Saffron

Your choice of dessert:

FRUIT TART
Marscapone cheese topped with fresh berries.
CHOCOLATE CAKE
Decadent chocolate cake drizzled with chocolate ganache.
